WHO WE ARE
Geocom Italia was born in 2004 with the specific mission to help companies find new clients. It was the first company to develop an innovative idea based on Geomarketing and Contact Management to increase the effectiveness of companies operating in complex markets or intending to sell abroad. We do not consider ouserlves as consultants or suppliers, but as a motivated team supporting the Management with an analytical, simple and productive method. Geomarketing: for singling out the areas and markets with great potential, both in Italy and in the rest of the world. Contact Management: for increasing business relationships. E-mail Marketing for communicating with active and potential clients in a fast direct way. We build a project together with the Management, defining goals and paths. Each work team is dedicated to the project, has good knowledge of sales dynamics in companies and, being structured in such a way as to act effectively, is constantly in touch with the client.
Co-founder, Administrator and Vice President of Confindustria Rimini
Expert analyst for sales, new business and market research. Following a Business Administration degree obtained from the Bocconi University in Milan, he studied the themes of new business analysis and development thoroughly to then create Geocom together with Carlo, his partner.
He is also currently fulfilling the role of Vice President in the Rimini provincial division of the main Italian Industrial Association.
Co-founder, Administrator and President of Confindustria Giovani Pesaro
After the degree obtained from the Bocconi university in Milan and his experience in companies specialised in the field of Administration consultancy, together with Daniele, the other partner, Carlo founded Geocom Italia with the aim of increasing sales turnovers of companies in the B2B sector, providing them with appointments with highly profiled potential clients.
The results obtained by Geocom in the field of business consultancy have rewarded him with the title of President of Confindustria Giovani Pesaro, the main representative business organization for Italian companies, manufacturers and services headed by young entrepreneurs.
Maria is entrusted with the organizational activity of Geocom’s projects, in particular those of the marketing and communication sector, in which she has a remarkable experience having a degree in Marketing and Communication for Companies. She deals with market analysis, marketing management, marketing strategies and communication and business planning.linkedin
Lia Di Sauro
A point of reference for clients, Lia follows the project from beginning to end, lays out the strategic plan together with the company’s management, translates it into its execution, checks its progress and finally analizes and presents clients with the results, according to the Geocom process.linkedin
Gloria interacts with the client and provides the sales and marketing management with a consultancy service. She organizes and manages Geomarketing and Contact Management activities through the creation of databases, the processing of data and analysis by means of Microsoft MapPoint and the organizing and managing of the team of operators which carry out Contact Management activities.linkedin
Intern in the language field
After a 1st level degree (3 years) in Eastern Languages and Cultures and a 2nd level degree (2 years) in Intercultural Business Communication, Carolina entered the team of Geocom Italy in order to put all her International competences into practice, dealing with external relations and translation processes.linkedin
An international background (Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature) has enabled her to become a pillar in the administration of a company such as Geocom, aiming at a global market. Cristina interacts daily with clients and suppliers from several countries in the world, managing and coordinating all the administrative processes.linkedin
Andrea has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and strategy implementation gained in large companies as well as consulting firms.
Currently he is Senior Partner for a consulting company, having previously been responsible for business development management for a leading chemical company and the Head of strategic marketing for one of the main transport and logistics operators in Italy. He worked for a top strategy consultant firm, where he was in charge of the development of marketing strategies in the FMCG and Oil & Energy sector.
Throughout his experiences, he prepared and managed the divisional budget; implemented business plans; conducted market analysis monitoring competition (benchmarking analysis); proposed development projects interacting with top management; identified new business opportunities (markets and services) and defined marketing strategy with a view to acquiring and/or converting new customers, as well as strengthening brand positioning.
Skilled in sales and business relation, he is the account that organizes marketing activities and commercial development, due to his important experiences in new business projects. He has joined with Geocom Team since the beginning and he is in charge of Key Account and project start-up.linkedin

Expert Consultant in the management of educational processes, his background comprises Engineering studies and Educational studies integrated by specialization courses in Neuro-Linguistic programming, a discipline in which he has obtained an Advanced Masters degree and a Masters degree in Didactics. He is NLP Trainer at the NLP University of Santa Cruz – California, member of the Global NLP Training and Consulting Community, Counsellor Trainer enrolled at the National FAIP Register (Federation of Italian Psychotherapy Associations) and specialized Coach in Patterning with the NLP Centre for Performance & Alignement in Antwerp – Belgium.linkedin
